Get outside and enjoy yourself

There is nothing like a brisk walk. A rousing game of tennis. An afternoon pottering in the garden. Most people try to make fitness a part of their daily routine. And often that means being outside.

Unfortunately, there are things out there that can be unkind to your eyes. Like pollen, sun and tennis balls. Fortunately, there are easy solutions. Like eye drops. Sunglasses. And sports goggles.

So be aware. Take the proper precautions. And enjoy.

Are your eyes runny, itchy and red?

When you are trying to relax but all you can do is think about your itchy, watery eyes, the problem might be allergies. Check with your doctor to find out for sure. Remember to remove your contact lenses before using anti allergy eye drops.
