Organisational Learning & Development

We recognise that employee learning and development is essential for the continued improvement of our business and our employees.

We encourage all employees to play an active role in discussing and determining their development needs with their manager, either informally on an on-needs basis, or during the bi-annual formal performance appraisal process.

We offer different types of development, to cater for different needs of the employee.  Development and training commences with our induction process, and continues with all or a mixture of the following:- external training programs, mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, job rotation, attendance at international training
