Performa™ surface process

Performa™ surface process repels debris and protein deposits and increases comfort for the life of the lens.

The lens is bombarded with electrically excited gas molecules that transform the hydrophobic silicone of the lens surface into hydrophilic silicate.
Unlike a coating, Performa surface process is inherent in the matrix of the lens so it does not rub off.
AerGel silicone hydrogel material combined with Performa surface process controls hydration dynamics and facilitates transport for dehydration resistance.
In addition, rounded edge profile facilitates smooth interaction between conjunctival tissue and edge of lens for easy movement and all-day comfort.
